Use of the site

Game titles, company names, logos, box art, screenshots and other trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and comment on the games and hardware we write about — nominative fair use — and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement of BuffHaven by those owners, or vice versa.

Editorial independence and no warranty on advice

Our reviews, scores, buying advice and setup guides are the honest opinion of our editorial team at the time of writing, offered for general information only. Games, drivers, hardware and prices change; what worked for our test system may not match yours. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Any action you take based on our content is at your own risk — always check current information and back up your data before changing system settings.

Affiliate and advertising

The site is supported by display advertising and affiliate links. Some outbound links are affiliate links marked rel="sponsored nofollow", and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws applicable to BuffHaven Media's principal place of operation, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
